NACD previously issued a survey and heard the need to provide alternative health plan options that can provide cost savings to your organization. Your NACD leadership is working hard on the opportunity to provide an Affinity Small Group Health Plan to our members.

An Affinity Small Group Health Plan provides members access to small group, health, dental, vision and life insurance in a convenient bundle. Such a plan provides members the ability to achieve a suite of competitive benefit offerings at a lower administrative cost, which also helps attract and retain top talent!

Our goal is to generate enough interest from our membership to form a plan that can be beneficial to you and your conservation district officials. We are conducting a survey as part of our commitment to you to assess the market need for a guided shopping experience for insurance, benefits and services. Please feel free to share this survey with your state or territory's conservation districts so that we can capture the needs of all of our conservation district members.
