Dear Indiana Association of SWCD,

We are conducting our Annual Survey of Conservation Districts and need to hear from you! The survey encompasses conservation district structure, community relationships, program participation, communications and more. Your feedback to this survey provides NACD with an inventory of your needs and reduces the need for other surveys throughout the year. Additionally, completing this survey helps NACD enhance advocacy efforts on your behalf and provide more effective services and resources.

It is important your answers reflect a consensus of your full board of directors. Please use a conference call, board meeting or other collaborative approach to ensure board consensus. We can only use one completed survey per conservation district. For those Districts who would like to print a copy of the survey before you enter your information click here and it will take you to a website where you can print the survey and use it as a work sheet.

Every conservation district that completes the survey will be entered into a drawing for a FREE registration to attend NACD's 2019 Annual Meeting in San Antonio, Texas.
